On Lok PACEpartners provides a two-day intensive program for PACE Managers. The PACE Manager training is designed for PACE leaders either new or experienced with PACE. Organizations nationwide have sent PACE Center Managers/Facilitators, Executive Directors, Program Directors, RN Supervisors, QA Coordinators, and other clinical disciplines. Past attendees have found the training very worthwhile – it has enabled them to deepen their PACE knowledge and learn new skills and tools to use at their PACE centers.
Attendees participate in dynamic facilitated sessions on IDT facilitation, Maximizing IDT Meetings, Regulatory Environment, Risk Tolerance in Senior Care, Social Styles for Optimal Communication, Team Dynamics and Interventions, and Participant-Centered Care. The PACE Manager Training includes tours of On Lok facilities, lunches & snacks, and a visit to a popular sightseeing spot, plus opportunities for discussion and networking with leaders from PACE organizations nationwide.
